For nearly two decades, Southwest Airlines® has connected patients to life-changing medical care through the gift of travel. The Southwest Airlines® Medical Flight Network partners with hospitals and nonprofit organizations to provide free round-trip flights that help patients reach specialized treatment during some of the critical moments in their health journey.

Loving People is at the Heart of Southwest Airlines®, and through our Medical Flight Network grants and partners, we support patients and caregivers while reinforcing our longstanding commitment to People, care, and Community. As the airline with Heart, Southwest has the privilege to play a role in supporting patients by connecting them to the care they need and to what’s important in their lives.
