Why can't I find flights on my desired flight dates or to my desired destination?

There are a few reasons you may not be able to find the flights you're looking for: We may not be flying to your destination quite yet! Please check to see that service has started by the dates you're searching. Some of our routes are seasonal; you might be searching for dates that are out of season. Southwest has only announced an intent to serve some cities, please refer to the "intent to serve" section.

Can I use my Rapid Rewards points to book my flight to these new destinations?

Of course, you can! You can use Rapid Rewards points to book flights any day, any time! As long as there is an available seat, you can book it.
